Description

I'm using this build mainly for gaming and maybe graphic editing, starting to get into editing, I understand If I'm going to be exporting projects I'm going to need a more powerful CPU. Other than that it took a bit, first PSU was almost dead and I didn't realize because it worked for 3-4 days. I'm happy to have it working and just a note, this is my first build. It was fun and I will definitely be doing more!

Part Reviews

CPU

It's a decent CPU, it's stock cooler isn't the best but it's a cheap i5, I would reccomend getting a AM3+ cpu, or just getting an i3-8100.

Motherboard

Great quality motherboard for ASUS! No complaints, easy BIOS and setup.

Memory

Reliable for my build, nothing really to say about it, works.

Storage

Great, fast works perfectly for everything I do.

Power Supply

Fixed my PSU problem and works like magnificently, no complaints.

Monitor

Work decently, I would have liked it to have more port options like DVI, and maybe Display port, but it's fine. I however don't like that the monitor has to have a separate power supply for it.

Keyboard

Works great, lasted through spills and cleaning, Had it for 4-3 years.

Mouse

Great for gaming, I would recommend instead getting a wired mouse to be honest if you're gaming a lot, otherwise works fine, doesn't eat batteries that fast.

Surprisingly no, I do know that next time I should probably get a 4x2 kit rather than just getting one 8x1 kit.
