I had wanted to make my fiance a build for some time now. I had a lot of parts left over from some older builds and told her I was going to make her an entry level machine. She then decided to give me the challenge of getting all the parts used to save on cost. I was able to achieve most of the parts used, and some I couldn't help but having to get new. Either way, after running some benchmarks it'll be a great machine for her to start gaming on and really open up new gaming opportunities that she never had with a mid-range laptop. She wanted to name it ObEwan because of the actor who played Obi-Wan (Ewan McGregor) always had a blue lightsaber, with a touch of green from Razer reminiscing on his old master Qui-Gon-Jin's lightsaber.

All around a pretty decent CPU, with a water cooler it runs a lot cooler, I'm able to keep it below 30C idling and under 60C gaming. Still a really powerful little chip!
I can never ever denounce Corsair for their liquid coolers, they trump all the other coolers liquid and non liquid I've used in the past.
I got this board used mainly for the aesthetic of it being blue and semi black. All around a decent board, three fan headers in very weird positions, one CPU fan header so if you have an AIO you'll need to take up one of the headers and max it out. The FX-8350 is also the max CPU wattage you can go, so don't overload it.
Still an amazing card as of 9/22/2018, don't underestimate this card. Runs pretty hot, but it's still very beefy in triple A title games on 1440p.
