Description

I was looking at builds and saw a lot using nh-d15s. Thought I’d do something a little different and got the macho rev b. Not using the fan that comes with it because it won’t clear the ram. Good cpu and gpu temps, and runs really quiet.

Edit: Update on the rig and future plans. I got a Prolimatech 140mm white low profile fan for the CPU tower. It looks great and adding the fan lowered the temps all around. The system is running 24/7 with no problems. I plan to upgrade the CPU and the GPU at some point after the world pandemic ends.

I love the Macho Rev B, it offers really good performance per dollar especially if you can get it for under $50. Nice work, this will definitely serve as inspiration for one of my upcoming builds.

It really is a good cooler, and thanks for the kind words. Good luck with your build!

Looks like you could fit a slim fan on there.

Yeah I think that’s what I’m going to do. I’m waiting for a white 140mm slim fan to be in stock.

I love the color of those sleeves. I can't seem to find that certain color, do you remember where you got them from?

Yeah I got them from ensourced.net These are the turquoise cables. They have so many different colors and you can make your own designs. They weren’t that expensive either.

What fan do you have up top? Is it the stock? I have the same case and cpu cooler and I doesn't look like I have clearance up top or behind it.
